First floor
Entrance hall - Here you gain your first impression of the property and are immediately struck by the spacious and stylish feel to the apartment.
Kitchen and indoor dining
area - Modern and well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster,
juicer, powerful oven with gas hob cooker, full size upright fridge and freezer. The
kitchen includes a seated dining area offering an indoor alternative to dining on the
balcony.
Living room - Tastefully decorated and furnished with a selection
of canvas art and scatter cushions this is the heart of the property and contains satelite
television (30 English channels) and universal DVD player for chilling out on an evening in or for keeping
children entertained. The room opens out via floor to ceiling patio windows onto the large
balcony. Air conditioning is remote control.
Balcony - Running the entire width of the apartment, overlooking the
swimming pool and with fabulous sunset views, this very large and private outdoor space
contains the main dining table, which has overhead shade to ensure your comfort whilst you
breakfast. The remaining balcony area is given over to sun worship and also makes an
excellent pre or post dinner drinks area during the evening hours.
Bedroom 1 - With its own access to the main balcony this twin bedded room
continues the contemporary theme running through the rest of the apartment. The room has
plenty of storage space and its own remote controlled air conditioning unit to ensure your
comfort during the hotter months.
Bedroom 2 - This double bedded room has its own balcony where you can enjoy
private time as well as a view of the landscaped gardens. Again there is plenty of storage
space and a remotely controlled air conditioning unit.
Bathroom 1 - With shower unit and bathroom suite it is situated right next to and between both downstairs bedrooms. Decent water pressure and modern fittings mean that the showers in both bathrooms are powerful and refreshing.
Second Floor
Master suite
- Following the marble staircase up to the top floor, this room is in fact a self contained
apartment in its own right. Whilst very much a part of the main accommodation complete
privacy is afforded those using this room. In addition to its en suite bathroom it has its
own kitchen with cooker and gas hob, fridge, toaster, kettle and dining area. The main room
opens out through french windows onto your private roof top sun terrace. Again remote
control air conditioning is fitted for your comfort.
Outside
The Apartment Complex - Beautifully
landscaped and maintained gardens surround the property which is part of a small and
exclusive privately owned complex. Having less properties on this complex means it is
peaceful and gives a real sense of privacy. The complex is less than 200 metres from the beach and the sea front promenade with its huge range of
restaurants, bars and beach clubs.
The swimming pool also has a children's
splash pool attached. Flotation aids/toys are available at the poolside for your use as are
sun loungers, four of which are clearly marked for the private use of apartment 12 guests
only. This ensures your place by the pool during busier periods. The complex also benefits
from gates with 24 hour security guard/maintenance man in attendance.
A pin code operated safe box is also available at this property for secure storage of
documents, cash and other valuable items.
The property is managed locally and we provide a full meet and greet service and a 24 hour telephone number should you need assistance with any aspect of your stay. We can also organise your transfers to and from the airport, provide bicycle hire and a welcome pack at a small extra charge.
